Pune, India - March 02, 2024: In a prestigious ceremony held on March 1st and 2nd, 2024, at Shantai Auditorium, D. Y. Patil International University, Akurdi, Pune, India, three distinguished authors from Aksara Global Akademia were honored with prestigious awards at the 7th Asia-Africa International Conference and Awards 2024. Dr. dr. F. Sukma Wahyudin, Sp.S., M.Kes., CIQnR., MOS., MCF, was granted the Best Academic Leadership Award, acknowledging his extraordinary contributions to academic leadership. Dr. Ir. Sovian Aritonang received the Best Academician Award, celebrated for his remarkable contributions to academia. Dr. Sri Sundari, SE., MM., CIQAR., MOS., MCE., MCF, was conferred the Best Woman Academician Award, highlighting her significant impact as a woman in academia. This acknowledgment emphasizes the exceptional contributions of Aksara Global Akademia's authors to global academic excellence and leadership. 

Dr. Ir. Sovian Aritonang, who had previously received the Best Academician Award in 2022, was again honored with the Best Academician Award. Dr. Sri Sundari, SE., MM., CIQAR., MOS., MCE., MCF, also repeated her success by winning the Best Woman Academician Award, the same award she had received in 2022. This repeated recognition affirms their consistency in excellence and dedication to the academic world. On the previous day, March 1st, they had presented their research papers, respectively titled "Human Resource Management: Environmental Transformation in the Role of Legal Policy and Human Resource Management in Peatland and Mangrove Rehabilitation in Indonesia" by Dr. Sri Sundari, "Material Innovations for the Future of Renewable Energy in Indonesia: A Comprehensive Review" by Dr. Ir. Sovian Aritonang, and "Integration of Human Resource Management and Ethics in Military Doctor Leadership" by Dr. dr. F. Sukma Wahyudin. All three award recipients are associate professors at the Defense University of the Republic of Indonesia. 

The conference strengthens educational and research collaboration between the continents of Asia and Africa, focusing on sustainable business innovations.
